Rose Godde, Manager, Company and Programs

Rose looks after the implementation of long-term strategies and partnership, coordinates the artistic program and manages day-to-day operations of the company. She also cooks a mean sausage. Rose is in the office Monday to Friday.

Rose has over 25 years working in arts management. She worked for 10 with Ausdance Victoria as Executive Officer and Manager, Education and Training. Freelance project development and management experience includes: General Manager St Kilda Film Festival 1995/96; co-ordinating Artistic Director St Kilda Writer’s Festival 1997; Program and Event Producer Royal Botanic Gardens Sundays in the Gardens and 150th Birthday celebrations (in collaboration with the late George Fairfax) 1996/97; Program and Production Manager VCA School of Music and Opera Studio, 1992 – 1996. In 1988 to 1991 she was also a full company member of the internationally recognised performance art collective Primary Source; developing and presenting large scale outdoor sculptural performance events on commission by the Melbourne International Arts Festival 1989-1991: The Wheel, The Ship and Swarm.
