Provokateur 2010 is about creating a space to try out your ideas. It’s about the language of theatre and the interplay between writer, director, designer and performer… It’s a place to sharpen your creative voice, learn from others and broaden your creative and professional networks”. It’s a place for what if’s and what about… for making your work and industry links.
You will need to be able to commit to Monday nights 6 – 9 pm see below dates. This is a two stage project with some downtime in between. The mentors will be shaping the detail of what happens in response to where those involved are at. It could be about text it could equally be about collaboratively developed works.

Stage One – Theatre lab. 5 x Mondays, May 10, 17, 24, 31 and June 7. 6 – 9 pm
Stage Two – Alchemy.18 x all Mondays inclusive August 2– November 29. 6 – 9 pm

Provokateur 2010
Provokateur 2010 is a mentor based skills and creative development project for four Writers, Directors, and Designers, and twenty Actors. Through the course of eight months April – November 2010 there will be the opportunity for intensive one on one, small group, whole group and project team mentoring.
As well, there will be four ‘side bar’ creative dialogue days open to all who express interest along with members of the wider theatre making community around writing, direction, design and acting. MORE DETAILS HERE.
